  1. Acceptance of Terms
    By accessing the PIXENHOUSE website or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
  2. Eligibility
    You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to enter into a project agreement with PIXENHOUSE.
  3. Service Scope and Project Agreements
    All services are delivered based on an approved proposal, quotation, or written agreement. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may require updated timelines and additional fees.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    You are responsible for providing accurate project information, required materials, timely feedback, and approvals. Delays in approvals or missing assets may affect delivery timelines.
  5. Payments
    Project fees, payment milestones, and due dates are defined in the approved quote or agreement. PIXENHOUSE may pause work or delivery if payments are overdue.
  6. Revisions and Change Requests
    Revision rounds included in the project are defined in advance. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond what is agreed may be billed separately.
  7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights
    Final approved deliverables are licensed or transferred as agreed after full payment. Drafts, unused concepts, source files, and production files remain PIXENHOUSE property unless explicitly included in writing.
  8. Prohibited Use
    You agree not to misuse PIXENHOUSE content, misrepresent ownership of our work, or use delivered materials for unlawful, harmful, or discriminatory purposes.
  9. Refunds and Cancellations
    Due to the nature of creative production services and digital deliverables, fees for completed work and committed production costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  10. Limitation of Liability
    PIXENHOUSE is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
  11. Termination
    PIXENHOUSE may suspend or terminate services if these Terms are violated or if required by law. Upon termination, all unpaid fees for completed work remain due.
  12. Updates and Governing Law
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
